What if there were a show about a legal firm of ghosts that handled ghost’s legal problems? Except maybe they also had regular clients and non-ghost lawyers as well? So everything was up for grabs?

Plus it all takes place in San Francisco, but I can’t remember why? Maybe there’s a connection to Psych?
